1. Scope
These terms apply when you use swap.samsam.lol. By creating an order, you confirm that you are at least 18, can legally use the service where you live, and accept these terms.
2. What this site does
This site compares quotes, passes your order request to a swap backend, and displays the returned deposit and tracking data. It is not a bank, exchange, broker, wallet, custodian, or financial adviser. It never receives your funds.
3. The provider runs the swap
The provider named on the offer executes the swap. Its own terms, limits, fees, checks, and refund rules can apply. This site cannot force a provider to accept, finish, refund, or reverse an order.
4. Quotes and timing
Displayed amounts are estimates. Rates, network fees, minimums, and availability can change before funds arrive. A quote is not a guarantee of the final amount or completion time.
A created order cannot be cancelled and cannot be made to expire. The swap API behind this desk offers no way to do either, so an order nobody funds simply sits there unused and costs nothing. The tracking card counts thirty minutes from the moment your browser created the order, and then stops treating the quoted amount as current. That clock is this site's own, not the provider's, and it changes nothing at the exchange: the deposit address usually stays live, and coins sent to it after the thirty minutes would most likely still be exchanged, at whatever rate applies when they arrive. This site cannot check that or influence it. If you have not sent yet, start a new order rather than fund a stale one.
5. Your part
Use funds you are allowed to use. Check every address, network, memo, asset, and amount. Keep the order ID. You are responsible for taxes, local rules, and losses caused by wrong transfer details or an unsupported wallet.
6. KYC and blocked orders
A provider may ask for identification or proof of funds, even when an offer has a low KYC score. Do not create an order if you cannot accept that possibility.
7. Email updates
The email field in the order dialog is optional, and so is the one on the tracking card. Leave them empty and the swap and the tracking page work exactly the same. Fill one in and there is no confirmation step: updates start with the next status check. You get one mail per status group (waiting, in progress, done, problem, refunded), not one per check. Those checks run in your browser while the tracking page is open, so a change nobody was there to see is not mailed afterwards; the next check mails where the order stands then.
Anyone can type any address into that field, which is why every mail carries a "never email me again" link. One click ends it: this order's updates stop and the address is blocked from any future order for a year. There is no are-you-sure screen and nothing inside the site undoes it. The address is kept for 30 days and then expires on its own, or sooner if you use "Forget this order" on the tracking card, which drops that order's updates straight away. Mail is sent through Resend, so delivery is not guaranteed and a mail can land in spam or not arrive at all. The address is never used for marketing, never sold, and never passed on beyond what sending the mail takes. The privacy page has the data-protection detail.
8. Availability and liability
The site can be changed, paused, or taken offline. No promise is made that quotes, prices, provider data, or order status are complete or error-free. Liability is not excluded where the law does not allow an exclusion, including intent, gross negligence, injury to life or health, or mandatory consumer rights.
9. Law and disputes
German law applies where that choice is valid. Mandatory consumer protection in your home country stays in place. The operator is not willing or required to take part in consumer arbitration unless a law says otherwise.
